- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA): We will provide you with a unique Return Authorization number.
- Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Include the RA: Attach the Return Authorization number to the package.
- Ship the Package: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support.
- Refunds:
- Eligible Refunds: For eligible returns, we will refund the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
