1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

• All items purchased from GLC are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Items that have been used, damaged, missing parts, or not in their original packaging are not eligible.

2. Return or Exchange Process:

• Obtain a Return Authorization (RA): We will provide you with a unique Return Authorization number.
• Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• Include the RA: Attach the Return Authorization number to the package.
• Ship the Package: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support.

3. Refunds:

• Eligible Refunds: For eligible returns, we will refund the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

4. Exchanges:
